1Start by choosing a program, or take a short quiz to find the right path for you.
Select the 'Sign up' button, access programs, and enter your employer-provided pin. Based on years of clinical research, our programs are interactive and delivered via our easy to use platform.
The Wellbeing Quiz is an established clinical method for wellbeing screening. Find out which of our programs are suitable for you.
Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), our programs are designed to help you improve and maintain your wellbeing. Our scientifically backed programs help you take on underlying issues that can have a negative impact on how you live your life.
2Learn and practice for up to one hour per week.
On your homepage, you can see the modules in your program. We suggest you complete one module per week. Each module can take up to an hour to complete. Like all CBT programs, the more effort you make in practicing and running through the modules, the more you will likely see improvements in your mental wellbeing.
As you progress through the modules, you will find new exercises that can help you apply what you are learning to your own life.
